Sally runs our beginner mat pilates course, her journey into fitness began in the Irish Sea representing Ireland in competitive youth sailing.
After a back injury sidelined her sailing dreams, she discovered the power of core strengthening and Pilates to heal her back.
Now, she’s eager to share the incredible benefits of Pilates on the mat and reformer, helping others find strength and glide in everyday life.
