Izzy
Izzy is our second osteopath and women’s health practitioner. She uses her skills to provide treatment and rehabilitation for back pain with a keen interest in pregnant and postpartum ladies.
You will also see her in the studio putting people though their paces during her Pilates classes.
Niki
London born, Northern Ireland raised, Niki is passionate about movement and what keeps people healthy. Her background ranges from ballroom dancer to NHS orthoptist.
Her classes can be described as Pilates flow, mixing core, breath, strength and meditation.
Noleen
Noleen is the true athlete of the group. She studied Sport & Exercise Science at university, whilst always finding time for training, be it basketball for uni, international netball or triathlon for a challenge.
Her classes are challenging people in a fun and relaxed environment.
James
James’ passion is in treating running related injuries, which he is well equipped for as not only has he got degrees in physiotherapy and sports science, he also compete’s around the world in endurance and mountain running.
Keep an eye out for him in the Mourne mountains.
Ciara
A highly qualified Pilates teacher with extensive experience, Ciara moved to Newcastle in December 2022 with her family and new grandson.
She’s passionate about helping people feel strong and resilient in their bodies and to move freely and easily every day.
Sally
Sally’s journey into fitness began in the Irish Sea representing Ireland in competitive youth sailing.
After a back injury sidelined her sailing dreams, she discovered the power of core strengthening and Pilates to heal her back.
Now, she’s eager to share the incredible benefits of Pilates on the mat and reformer, helping others find strength and glide in everyday life.
Will
Will is one of our osteopaths and Reformer Pilates instructors. Whether you have an injury or want to keep moving, he is your man.
When he isn’t in the clinic he loves watching obscure sports and taking his two young daughters on coffee shop dates.
