OSTEOPATHY
Osteopathy is a manual therapy based on the principle that the wellbeing of an individual relies on the harmonious function between bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue.
Our osteopaths use predominantly gentle spinal manipulation as well as stretching techniques to correct joint and muscle imbalances, allowing restoration of harmony within the patient’s body. The objective being the promotion of long-term health.
Typically our patients will come to us suffering from back pain, neck pain, headaches, a sports injury or other joint e.g. hip, elbow, shoulder, knee and muscle pain and discomfort.
Our osteopaths are registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).

SPORTS MASSAGE
A sports massage isn’t just for athletes.
This deep tissue massage aims to reduce muscular tension, discomfort and pain, whilst improving blood flow and mobility to the area.
This is particularly helpful if you are feeling fatigued from work, tight from the gym, under rehabilitation from an injury or just need to take a pause and unwind.

MUMMY CHECK
We understand the changes your body has experienced during pregnancy, and often you can be left feeling unsure where to begin with your recovery.
We believe every mum should get a comprehensive postnatal check to allow her to heal and enjoy this new chapter.
Our Mummy Check appointment is your time to get a birth debrief, talk about any postnatal issues you might experience as well as time to check your pelvic floor muscles and abdominal muscles.
